On tap at Baileys. Pours black with a tall khaki head that lasts forever. Thick lacing remains in the glass as you drink, ahh, Nitro does wonders for appearance. Big roasted malt nose with a smoked malt hint. Really well done dry stout, creamy and dry on the palate, sessionable abv, lots of roasty/smokey flavors, caramel and underlying chocolate. This is a really delicious brew. beernovice39 (3270) - Idaho, USA - FEB 14, 2013

Nitro @ Bailey’s Taproom... Poured black with a huge light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt and barley with an added coffee presence. Full, foamy palate but also a light weight to it. Roasted coffee and sweet toffee and/or caramel malt notes before the coffee returned to the finish. BuckeyeBoy (7975) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 2, 2009

Draft at the source. Deep maroon briwn color, beige head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of cocoa powder, coffee grounds. Taste is dark coffee, bitter cocoa, fairly dry finish. Tasty. vyvvy (6524) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - FEB 9, 2015
On tap at the brewpub - Pours dark brown with a dense beige head. The aroma has lots of chocolate, smooth roast, and is pretty big and rich for a 4% beer. It has a medium / light body with very soft carbonation. The flavor starts with cocoa, minor char, licorice and woody hops. The finish is woody and roasty. Pretty nice. gregwilsonstl (2541) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 21, 2016
