St Augs. Gold. A bit hazy. Thick head. Nice lacing. Grapefruit and pine nose, with some berries. Hop profile is quite fruity, backed by some really sweet malts. Decent, though I'd prefer a more restrained maltiness.

500ml bottle pours a golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus with some earthy notes and light fruits and malts. Taste is a citrus and earthy hop bitterness with a light fruity and malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, an interesting IPA with the lactose addition, that seems to mellow out the bitterness. Recommended.

Taster at The Drake. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is very nice with citrusy notes. Similar taste. Quite high piney bitterness aftertaste. Good.

Cooper’s, Seattle. Regular foam, very clear gold. Onion and pine hops on nose. Syrupy sweet first impression with gummy bears and onion. Odd profile, astringent bitter and old hops. Not great.

500ml bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is earthy hops spice and some malt. Taste is more of the light earthy hops spice and bread.

Creamy and a bit sweet (lactose I suppose), fruity with restrained hoppiness. Bottled less than1 month ago. "IPA" doesn’t really come to mind as I sip. Just plain Ale is more like it. Well balanced with malt. Pretty enjoyable offering, but not to aggressively seek out.

500 ml bottle from Lifesource Natural Grocer Salem Oregon $4.99 bottled on 7/15/17 Clear golden/orange beer ..really loads of carbonation visible..lovely thick and creamy white head( 1 inch). Aroma mellow citrus hops and pleasing caramel malts.seems quite simplistic but its good. Taste is far from simplistic..sweey creamy orange and some young fresh spruce tips hops. Guessing the creaminess comes from the lactose..whatever its very cool. MOuth feel is fully formed and oh so drinable..smoth hyet thick..easy to drink yet complex. Very nice beer indeed.
