Haze, light amber. Thin head. Light orangey hop nose. Bitter, orangey, thick heavy malts, a bit of a hit of alcohol late but pretty drinkable. reebtogi (6277) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 23, 2016
Double Mountain tap takeover at Beer Revolution in Edmonton. Served in a pint glass pouring a golden orange color with a finger of white head leaving only a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is light grapefruit with some other light fruits, floral notes and hints of caramel. Taste is a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness with a light grapefruit hop bitterness. Overall, this is an easy to drink DIPA, with subdued hops, but still a quality brew that should be sampled. Brentv (672) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 12, 2016

Bottle pours a clear gold with a light orange hue. One finger sand head, medium lacing. Aroma is floral citrus fruit. A lot going on in the flavor, too. Sharp and strong initially with a fairly quick fade and minimal aftertaste. A bit tangy with fruit and citrus, plenty of lemon. Finishes with some sweetness. It’s decent.
