Tap at the brewery. Reddish gold pour with a tin white head. Really nice wildflower honey, pepper and fruit in the aroma. Smooth malt, honey, Belgian yeast esters, and just a touch of clean hop bitterness. Well balanced and very tasty. Hophazard (193) - San Francisco, California, USA - FEB 28, 2011
Banana and bubblegum start. Deep orange, amber; crystal clear with bubbly white head. Malty and smooth, slightly floral hop flavor and minimal alcohol warmth. Faint barnyard flavor on the aftertaste. Nose is bready with hints of honey, bubble gum, and pepper. Floral hops as well deviate a little from the standard overly sweet american made tripel. Pours golden, almost orange amber, nice bubbly head, soft sheets of lace. The flavor is bready malts mixed with honey, pepper, bubblegum, and floral hop bitterness. Unique take on style. Draft at Brouwer’s. Pours a clear orangish golden with nice big tight creamy slightly off white head that leaves spotty lacing. Light honey, apple, orange and bubblegum with some clean white bread malt and a bit of white pepper. Tight creamy carbonation but not quite as lively as I would expect. Crisp white pepper and bread up front with faint banana and some honey apple sweetness. None of the flavors are overly strong or linger and it finishes up quite dry. Not your typical triple and certainly a different take on an American made triple...maybe that is why I’m kind of digging it.

Draught. Clear brown amber with thin white head. Fruity aroma, with caramel. Full bodied fruity flavour, with caramel and candy sugar notes. Bitter tang finish, the hop keeping it from getting too sweet.
