Had no idea what this was on the menu of a Yard House. Was happy and surprised this came as a smoked beer. However, aside from that it's a mess. The smoke is almost certainly fake, not smoked malts but liquid smoke. If it's not well the rest of the beer is so artificial. Sweet candy, caramel syrup but a lifeless body. Sample at mile with Dave, Brown or black color with medium lacinG. Smell is bold and rich with bourbon, maple syrup, brown sugar, and chocolate. Flavor was most of the same on his medium to filler bodied offering from Double Nickle.
