Final amargo. Es una IPA muy interesante.

Unripe tropical fruits, mango, papaya, bittersweet orange, some floral hops. Slightly hazy gold, small, creamy, white head. Medium bitter. Sweet and bitter tropical fruits continue, overripe mango, passion fruit, pine, bitterness intensifies, soft carbonation, medium bodied, bitter and zesty citrus fruits in the dry finish. Very nice IPA, well-balanced, intense. Bottle at Cerveceria Arte&Sana, Malaga.

Botella de 330ml. Vaso Tumbler. Saboreada en feb´13. Color latón brillante y apariencia algo velada. Deliciosa y refrescante. ABV bien enmascarado y fácil asimilación. 330ml bottle. Tumbler glass. Enjoyed on feb´13. Bright brass in color. Chill haze. White froth, fairly good retention. Resiny & piney aromas rounded by very ripe fruit –pear & apple- notes, floral fragrances & subtle fresh mint as well as grapefruit peel hints. Mildy toasted malt upfront yields to sharp resinous bitter hoppiness. Funny spicy touch. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Voluptuous & oleic mouthfeel. Clean bitterness lingers into a resinous finish. Gentle grapefruit on the aftertaste. Delicious & refreshing. ABV well masked so drinkability is easy.

Botella, buen color y carbonatacion y espuma blanca y densa.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with white and persistent head. Aroma is full of floral and herbal hops and a little of rosemary. Texture is oily with soft carbonation. Palate is caramel, peach, and a slightly bitter finish. Nice beer, really fresh (bottled on 28/08/13) and very drinkable.

In short: A standard typical American style golden IPA. Straightforward but very well made.
How: Tap at few places around Spain.
The look: Slightly cloudy golden body topped by a small off-white head.
In long: The medium intensity hoppy nose is 2/3rd citrusy and 1/3rd piney. In mouth the beer is medium body, medium carbonation, standard mouthfeel. Taste is unsurprising but effective. Oily toasted cereals, citrus fruits and some piney notes. Moderately crisp, bitterness of medium intensity. This is very much an archetype example of a by-the-book American IPA, except this one is brewed in Spain. Simple but effective. Few people know that 942 is the sum of four consecutive prime numbers (229 + 233 + 239 + 241) and I wish this was the geekiest remark ever posted on ratebeer but this is a website where people ask about bottle count before exchanging beers.
