Cerveza suave, sin estridencias, bastante insipida, le falta algo de sabor.

Bottle. Not quite clear god with a white head that fades to a fat coat. Aroma crackers, hay, herbal lemon, some berries. Soft and more bready than crackery with moderate herbal and citrus notes and bitterness that’s a fair bit lower than I’d like. But it’s refreshing and decidedly non-generic.

Golden colour, omeodium head and retention, fades to a thin layer, good lace. Aroma is fresh, floral, fruits (pear, pineapple, bananas). Medium body, carbonation is fine. Taste is floral, pears, pine, forest. A really good pilsen.

Draft - Light grains. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light grains notes and a bitter dry finish. Decent.

Bottled (MT/KS/MB February tasting). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some fruity and floral notes, mild nectar as well as some earthy and herbal notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some bready notes as well as some fruity and nectary notes with a nice bitter and quite herbal and dill like finish.

Herbaceaous aroma with hints of resins on a citric background. A bit metallic texture on the palate but can stand it. Pleasant.

Low frothy white head with low retention. Clear yellow colour. Malty and hoppy (citrus) aroma. Medium bitter, hoppy and malty taste. Nice and easily drinkable.
