Douglas Celtic Brown is a real Scottish ale, rude as its country of origin, mysterious as the legends and as generous as the inhabitants.

Bottle. Pours a ruby-like body, with a small white head that diminishes fairly quickly, but leaves a good lacing. Not much in the aroma, expected roastiness, but thre wasnt any. Found traces of yeast(?). Taste is moderate bitter, with a light bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation level, oily texture, medium body. Just a decent beer, wouldnt want to have this again, I think.

Clear ruby, faint head. Metalic and fruity, sweet and sugary. Shallow character with slight sloppy caramel. Low bitterness. A pitiful ale with truly industrial flavour.

Amber pour with a white head. The aroma has a lot of toffee and light grass notes. The flavor is similar with the addition of some cocoa to the toffee. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
