Cask, Turf Tavern, Oxford RB Crawl. Copper, small white head. Marmalade and an odd Marmite touch. Grape skins, light malt sweetness, a bit of that Marmite thing again. Just okay. SilkTork (5971) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - FEB 17, 2008
Turf Tavern, Oxford. Bland. Crap. Some flavour, but who cares. Nice pub! MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 15, 2008
A Mes rate: Cask at the Turf Tavern, Oxford during the RB pub crawl.harrisoni (19890) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - FEB 11, 2008
Copper with a slight bubbly head. Very bland tea and malt. Managed to drink it without wanting to spit it out but it’s mind numbingly dull.
Cask handpull, Turf Tavern, Oxford, RB Pub crawl 08. Now this just didn’t taste of very much at all. Nothing wrong with it, apart from a total lack of flavour. Watery in mouth. hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 10, 2008
Cask at Turf Tavern, Oxford, on Ratebeer Oxford Day ’08. Gold with a faint, sweet aroma. Biscuity malt in the taste and a little bitterness. This was fair enough, I suppose.

Cask conditioned at The Turf Tavern, Oxford Ratebeerian day. Pale gold with white head. Thinnish malty beer, light and with little real character. Some caramel toffee notes, touches of lemon hops but not enough to lift the beer. A little too dull.
