4oz on tap at the brewpub. Medium body. Kind of soft, crisp lighter carbonation. Mildly slick. Doughy bready malt. Lightly peppery, kind of pilsener-like. Moderate bitter taste, light to moderate sweet, bit of a mild bite. Clear golden color. Little white head, leaving decent bits of lace. A decent brewpub kolsch. On draught at Downtown Grille, Knoxville on 8 July 2006. I guess this is the light beer that every brewpub feels obliged to make. Pale straw appearance. Rather thin and short of flavour. Inoffensive, light as a feather and easy-drinking but short of interest. Just as expected really.
