Drjohnrock (841) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 15, 2012
Draft sample at brewpub on July 14, 2012. Medium amber hue, moderate malty nose, suitably firm ESB flavor that’s not the best of the style but far from the worst. Decent.

Mild malt nose. Clear amber, headless. Honey, pecan, grass. Medium body, easy carbonation.

Braudog (6841) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - MAY 21, 2017
Draft at the brewpub. Bottom line comments: nothing really "wrong" with this one, but nothing great either. Golden beer, moderate hop. Not sure I’d align this with the "bitter" family in good ol’ England, but it’s a drinkable quaff. (#6618, 5/17/2017)

JStax (7186) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - NOV 8, 2015
Draft sample at the source. The beer is a clear yellow with a white head. The aroma has grainy bitterness and aome corn. Medium sweetness and odd corny notes. Lighter medium body and medium carbonation.

4oz on tap at the brewpub. CLear orange color. Thin white head, leaving good thicker lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft lighter carbonation. Light dry finish. White bread, dough, mild caramel. Mild spicy hop. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. An alright ESB.

Pours mostly clear and light amber. Nose is biscuit, crackers, And flowery hops with some light caramels. Flavor is English cracker malts with some toasted biscuits, flowery hops and some clean caramels. I just don’t really care for the English malt a lot of the time.

AmEricanbrew (7037) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - AUG 7, 2013
Clear amber color with ivory head. Mild spicy hop, pale malt aromas. medium body, average carbonation. Earthy aged hop flavors with dry pale malts--decent

Tap. Nice amber color. Good Head. Taste was slightly hoppy, not sweet but somewhat tasty. Aroma was a bread, slightly citrus.

GnarlyGnome (1353) - Fairfield, Ohio, USA - MAR 12, 2012
Draft, sampler: pours amber colored with a light off white head. Citrus aroma and a flavor that states malty and then hits you with its bitterness.
