12oz bottle, picked up for me by acrdz. Thanks, Mike! Pours a clear, medium golden-orange color; slightest haze; thick white head with solid retention and lacing. Very pleasant, dry and bitter aroma; resiny orange and citrus hops more than anything; suggestive of a numbing bitterness; no astringency. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: soft but solid carbonation; resiny, juicy oranges and citrus fruit; touch of grapefruit; the hop character takes center stage here, and is presented beautifully: chewy Amarillo oranginess and dense, tongue-numbing bitterness nicely dry overall, and very very drinkable. Excellent IPA. Medium finish: some breadiness and toastiness appear near the end, with lingering hop bitterness (oranges, touch of pine); dry and a touch of spiciness at the far end.
