Most people would disagree, I think this is dragonmead’s best belgian style beer. Slight banana and bread aroma. Yellow hue with a white head and excellent lacing.
I did have this beer at a different time. (Different batch) It didn’t taste as good.
Not bad. Light Belgian yeast character. Golden colorm body seemed disappointingly thin. Tmoney99 (14752) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 7, 2011
Draft sample at MBGSF 2011. Poured hazy yellow color with an average creamy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sweet citrus aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet spicy finish of moderate duration. Just another wit.

On tap at Dragonmead. Poured typical hazy banana yellow with almost no head.. Smelled of lemon, wheat, and clove. Taste was a nice lemony citrus, with nice wheat flavors. Thin body, as it didn’t retain carbonation well, but good flavor. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - AUG 25, 2009
(Draught) Pours a hazy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, and citrus. Flavor of wheat, orange peel, and coriander with a somewhat bitter finish. deyholla (11900) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 3, 2009
On tap at MBG Summer Festival. Poured a cloudy gold with a white head. Aroma was sweet and fruit with wheat and banana notes prevalent. Flavor was sweet with a banana flavor to it. Quite basic.

On tap at the Dragonmead Brew Pub. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. Aromas of some bananas and cloves. Tastes of some bananas, cloves, and wheat. An average witbier that didn’t leave a lasting impression - either bad or good. Sammy (12491) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 1, 2007
At the brewery. Lots of lace on a cloudy medium yellow. Creamy. Bitter and I did not get the sourness or wateriness, no question they got their act together on this one and that’s why it’s released over a year later. Good for its style. walleye (1101) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - OCT 27, 2005
at the brewery from the tap. poured a golden color with a white head. aroma, sour, and I swear tomato juice, wheat, yeast, citrus. flavor, wheat, sour, lemon dry mouthfeel. not to bad could be a good hot weather beer. IPFreely (1470) - Sanborn, New York, USA - OCT 3, 2005
Hazy golden color, white head. Lightlty spicy with some fruit and some tartness. Light bodied. Decent but kinda boring.
