2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very light. Not very hoppy. Not a vet pleasant taste or aftertaste. Not allt all what I expected.
I had a bottle. The aroma was sweet and malty. There was limited hops throughout the experience, from Arona to taste to mouth feel. The color was too dark for the style. There was no head when I poured the beer, which surprised me because I read posts saying others had bottles that were very over carbonated. I had two drinks, and the carbonation was gone.
This brevery has issues and it would take a lot for new to try another one of their beers, I also tried the red ale and trippel, both disappointed just as much. rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 20, 2016
12 oz bottle. (Meijer) 8 Mile Rd, Detroit, MI.
Clear dark amber color with a tiny off- white head.
Toffee, warm caramel, dark malt and some hops in the aroma.
The flavor is dark hops, sweetness, mild bitterness and some dark fruits. Way too dark and sweet for me. I'm out.

Tasted from a 12oz. bottle. It poured a murky copper hue with a bubbly beige head (by bubbly I mean loads of carbonation). Aroma of orange, cloves, and a hint of hops. Taste is spicy sweet & sour maltiness. Bought this on a recommendation, and although I was glad to try an IPA that’s well off the typical IPA path, I will not buy this again. lukedarock (246) - Howell, Michigan, USA - FEB 28, 2015
Opened the bottle and had a good time cleaning up a third of this beer because of being over carbonated, after I got over that tho not too bad drinkable just nothing to boast about Ferris (15429) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 12, 2014
Draft - Candy floss caramel and sweet citrus hops. Cloudy copper with a decent beige head. Up front pithy bitterness and some orange and pine. Decent.

Pour on tap at One Eyed Bettys, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of orange marmalade, grapefruit, lemon, sweet fruity notes into some biscuit, bready notes, touch of spice. Taste is a mx of orange, grapefruit, some lemon zest into a bit of yeast, grass, some herbal notes into a bit of bread, finishing slightly bitter. tmoreau (4374) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - AUG 6, 2014
12 oz. bottle, shared & poured to snifters showing a cloudy, orangey amber color, with a light layer of bubbly, off white foam that reduced quickly to a film, leaving light spots of lacing on the glass. The nose was ripened fruit & earthiness, with some vegetal hints, and a light freezer burn scent. The taste added a bit of soy, less the saltiness, maybe more as a touch of molasses. Light bodied, softly carbonated, with earthy & resiny bitterness. An IPA? Glad that my sampling wasn’t a full glass! wmubronco1992 (709) - Coldwater, Michigan, USA - MAR 1, 2014
Bottle. Pours a very cloudy caramel color. Small light tan head. Very mild hop aroma. Some lace. A little bit of bitter in the flavor, but pretty muted. Bought this as single and later realized that the brewed on date was 1/29/13. That’s pretty old for this type of beer. Not sure if the lack of hop forward was due to the age or if it was because this was an English rendition of an IPA. Very possible that a fresh version of this would be tastier. salvaticas (780) - - FEB 8, 2014
On tap at Cass Cafe. Pours a cloudy amber. No aroma. Slight hoppy taste, comes off more as an amber. A zero for style but drinkable.

Aroma malty diacetyl, I like diacetyl in English style beers. Pours a pretty clear light amber not exactly pale but looks good. Taste is malty sweetness with butterscotch. Not bad English style ipa. US hopheads have to think
