COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a true West Coast IPAit is pale in color, with with bracing bitterness, high alcohol content (about 7.3% abv) and a fruity/floral/citrus hop aroma. It is made from a simple malt bill: North American base and pale caramel malt. We use copious amounts of Northwest hops all throughout the boil, with most of it going in within the last 15 minutes. After fermentation is complete, we dry hop it with approximately 1 boatload of each of the same hop varieties. 16.5

Bottle share at Claimstake. Pours golden with a clinging white head and a floral citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with a strong fairly bitter citrus finish,

16 oz single can shared, purchased at Total Wine & More - Gilbert, AZ. Clear orange appearance with a white head. Aroma of zesty hops, pine, light resin, citrus fruit and a hint of flowers. Similar flavor, adding moderate hop bitterness. Fresh and pretty easy to drink overall. Above average for an IPA.

Pours a copper color with sudsy well formed off white head. Balanced hop-toasted mat aroma. Hop forward but not aggressive, light pine and an earthy finish, moderate body. Leans more towards and east coast style of IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Pours clear golden, small off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is super dank, pot and more pot. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, super dank. My buddy calls it skunk butt, but I call it sublime. Medium body.

Tap at a pizza place in Tucson. Solid amounts of citrus and malt backing. This beer is massively bitter and I prefer an IPA to focus on aroma and flavor hops. Not to my liking, but well make.

On tap at Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival, pours an opaque golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with an earthy and piney hoppy astringency on the finish. Dank and fairly harsh on the finish. Good stuff.
