Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing orange head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of caramel and a light touch of dusty hops. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel and lighter notes of hops and alcohol - a bit like caramel ice cream topping. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 31, 2007
Bottled (5.9%) (thanks Stoutlover72). Hazy reddish brown colour with mediumsized creamy, thick, beige head. Aroma is malty as very as very sweet fruity. Flavour is surprisingy dry malty and toasted, also the fruity hops comes along making this a wellbalanced beer. Strong lemony notes in the aftertaste along with slight roast. (Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of aspidites. Clear, orangey brown with a tall, dense and handsome off-white head leaving laces. Fruity, berry-like nose. Rather light in body with fresh and fruity accents, some dry caramel and an odd, ashy edge. Not much bitterness. Not your typical American amber, and not really that hot. 310507 brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 13, 2012
Nice amber color with a soapy white head. Some sweet toasted bread and biscuit malt notes. A nice floral hop aroma, mild earthy notes, and some yeast. Light fruit esters on the palate, some toffee malts, toast, and biscuit. Mild earth tones and very mild hop bitterness.

Medium malty aroma. Hazy reddish apricot color with a vigorous tan/white head. Starts with a malty sweetness, there’s an interestingly unusual flavor component, then an earthy component. It’s not a typical amber. It’s really quite good. There’s a carob type of flavor in there. Decent mouthfeel. Ratman197 (14830) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUN 10, 2007
On tap @ Drakes poured a clear dark amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of carmel and light fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, bread and light fruitiness with a crisp lightly bitter finish. DSG (14784) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAR 16, 2015
