Can we say fuck yeah?! Fuck yah! On tap at City Beer for the Drakes 25th bDay Celebration. This was fantastic. Hints of vanillay Belgi-Saison like candy...hints of a dusty old Fantome...and all the while a scatty flume in the back. Stoked to have tried this!

A cool brew that was fairly heavy in feel, but not hot or overly alcoholic in any way. Bright aromas and flavors of hops, belgian yeast and grapey-muscat. Oak on the palate. Sweet, tart, and zesty

Draft sample at Beercraft, mostly clear gold with light retention in the mini 5 oz. Snifter. Aroma is white grape right upfront, light yeast and pale malts. Very grape influenced aroma. With the flavor just as white grape dominant. Flavor is nice but very white grapey. Medium body with Alcohol very mild. Nice drinker.

Rare beer tent at OBF put this one on draft. It attracted me to its batch..iness. A: Clear gold, white head, some lacing. N: Wine grape, oak, coriander, vanilla, esters, lemon zest and orange syrup. T: Very sweet, just to the point of cloying but not over. Very little, if any, bitterness of which to speak. M: Treacly medium-heavy body. O: An interesting Belgian gold that gives me pause. Because I’m not sure it works. Or what it is. Meh.

On tap at the Barrel House. It pours a clear golden yellow with a white head. The aroma has white grape and mild spice with subtle wood notes. Orange muscat comes through strong. The flavor has more orange with mildly spicy yeast and wood, honey and strong spicy/floral hops. Full bodied. Wow, this was surprisingly awesome.

On tap at Drakes Barrel House. Pours murky golden with a modest off-white head and a grape aroma. There is a full-bodied caramel malt flavor with lots of grape and a tart dry finish. Nicely done.
