Tap @ Beer Temple, sample size. Pitch black color. Firm, brownish head with long retention and lace rings. Aroma’s: mocha, roasted malts. Retronasal more roast, almost sour, light sweetness, mocha. Flavor is moderate to full sweet, roasted, light bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes with hard roasted malts, almost dry, and rather bitter. UPDATED: FEB 28, 2016 On tap at Beertemple, Amsterdam. Nose is roasted, Smokey. Body is pitch black, head is medium, brownish, creamy, average lasting, good lacing. Aroma is coffeeish. Light sweet, medium roasty bitter. Finish is medium lasting roasty heavy bitter. Medium body, dry texture, soft carbonation. Quite good, not too easy, great one.
