Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - orange, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. 7.0% abv bottle. Hazy amber beer, tiny pale tan head. Light palate, soft and semi dry. Mild carbonation. Nice piney hops, fairly bitter. Trace of citrus. Good malt base. Good stuff.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours a clearish, brick red with a foamy, white head. Some caramel and soapy hops in the nose. Medium sweet flavor, notes of caramel, piney resins. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Slightly drying finish, sticky, some leafy bitterness, more caramel and pine. Very solid beer overall.
