(Draught) Pours a cloudy amber body with a small white head. Aroma of leather, barnyard, mustiness, and florals. Flavor of vinegar, brett, orange, candi sugar, and some oak.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Tart, malty aroma with light backing hops. Tart, wine and malt flavor with hops. Medium bodied. Malt, light wine, light hops linger with some tartness.

Tasted at the 4th Annual Bistro Barrel Aged Beer Fest on 11/14/2009. This abbey triple pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, yeasty and bretty. A medium bodied triple. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal and spicy. Lots of the tart, musty, funkiness going on here. Lively carbonation. Seem to change from sip to sip as well, the only constant is the tartness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Bistro Barrel Aged Fest 09. Amesome beer, one of the best of the fest. Intense solventy aroma that really works well somehow. Yeasty and spicy with floral hops. Flavor is awesome - intense tartness, red wine, berries, sweet malt, oak, and spices. Acidic and very lively on the palate with medium body. High drinkability for a sour ale.
