On tap @ Drakes. Cloudy orange beer with a thin white head. Has a lot of pear and cooked apple. Some banana, bread, and cracker. I get a fair bit of lemon peel as well. Subtle tartness and yeast. Maybe a touch of white grape. Kind of sweet for my tastes...would prefer if this was drier. The ester profile becomes a bit much as it warms up as well.

On tap at Drakes Dealership. Pours cloudy blonde with a nice white head and a a fruity aroma. There is a light pale malt flavor with a little fruit and a nice yeast presence. Dry finish

Draft. Pale golden beer with a cream head. Yeast and light spice aroma. Spice and yeast flavor with light lemon. Medium bodied. Spice and yeast lingers with light hay.

Draft at the brewery. Pale hazy color, no head retention. Light Belgian yeast and maybe a Saaz hop. real mild nose. Flavor is just as light with a lighter body. Hints of spice, lemon and light hop nuance.Very light and tame but I guess that was what they were after??

Slight pale yellow. Minor haze. 1 finger was. Coriander and Saaz and honey nose. Sweet touch of maple and a dry finish. Sort of oaky herbal all spice and coriander. Hard to rate. Very light.
