On tap at Beer Revolution. Ruddy brown in color with minimal head, just a ring. Caramel and toffee aroma with some resinous hop notes. The flavor is also standard barleywine, caramel and toffee, piney and resinous hops. Medium-full bodied with average carbonation. From tap at Toronado, Barley Wine Fest 2010. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and dry malty. Sweet, spiced and roasted flavoured. Bitter and dry finish. Smooth and dense toffee caramelish. Bitter and dry into the finish.
