Drakes Summit ipa
Draft. Pours a clear, dark copper color with an off-white head. Resinous pine and orange flavors with some slight oniony notes. Very balanced with a strong caramel malt backbone and citrus, onion and floral hop charactoristics. Bitter finish.

Draft. Bronze beer with an off-white head. Big fruity tangerine/grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit flavor with tangerine sweetness and a nice caramel backing. Great IPA balance. Tasted on tap at the Drakes 1st Annual Beer Festival and Washoes Tournament. This IPA pours a light orange gold color. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is herbal and floral. Medium bodied India Pale Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are herbal and floral. Medium bitterness IPA. A little more aromatic. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
