Bistro -bal fest. Cloudy reddish amber in color with a small off-white head. Aroma has wild and Belgian funk to it, oak, floral and fruity notes. The flavor is very oaky. Pale and caramel malt base, Belgian yeast, and wild bugs. Dry mouthfeel with medium body and average carbonation. Better than other Drake’s beers at the fest, but only pretty good overall. Deep ruddy pour with a light tan head. Nose is tart fruits and Balsamic. Some esters and tartness add to the vinegar in the flavor. The best part of this beer is the excellent, lasting oak finish. marcus (10222) - Sacramento, California, USA - NOV 14, 2010
