COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brew Zatec from pure German Pilsner malt for a round, smooth body, and then chock it full of Czech Saaz hops for their floral, herbal flavors and zingy finish. Pure, clean and simple. . . Zatec delivers."

Clear golden with orange highlights. Aroma of some light spicy hops as well as light cereal - pale malts. Taste is pretty clean and crisp, with a light honey sweetness and some light floral/spicy hops. This was well done, enjoyed it.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of spicy and citrus hops. Dry citrus dominated hoppy flavour with medium bitterness. Must be something in the American brewing style that delivers the citrus.

Bottle; poured a slightly hazy, dull gold color with a big, frothy, white head. Aroma of german malt, bread, flowers, spice/herbs and something akin to wine. Flavor had something that reminded me of some gruner wine I had in Vienna for some reason; not sure why. Pretty dry and bready, with some herbs, but more flowery/earth in the finish. A pretty easy drinking brew overall, that is actually quite flavorful for the style.

On tap at the Hopyard. Hoppy aroma with lemon and orange peel. The flavor is the same with apples. Strong hop presence with hay and a grassy finish. Flavorful and refreshing. Nice.
