Pours light golden cloudy yellow. Strong spicey hop aroma. Very sweet hoppy and really awesome bitter flavor. Full flavor and body. A great beer. It’s hard not to enjoy. Clean finish. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAR 13, 2012
(Draught) Pours a clear golden body with a medium cream head. Aroma of florals, soap, and grass. Flavor of grass, florals, herbs, and grass with a dry, mildly bitter finish. lb4lb (2587) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 18, 2007
Creamy hazy gold pour with a nice white head. Smell of fruity, bold hops and comes across more like a pale ale or IPA. Nice hops flavor and mild bitterness throughout, and sweetens a tad as it warms. A good beer, but not what I was expecting. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - MAY 21, 2011
On tap at the brewery.
The beer pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma is a mix of Belgian yeast with some bread and citrus notes. There is a little bit of grass from the hops in the aroma as well. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of Belgian golden ale characteristics with some earth, grass and citrus notes from the hops. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. grat (432) - ST. Louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 5, 2004
A pretty standard well hopped ale. Spritzy and yellow. Slightly watery. Typical draught house yeast prfile fruity and almost cascade like hoppiness in the yeast...interesting right? Flavors are slightly weak and certainly subdued. Malt rpofile is lacking. Not bad not great

Pours is a clear pale gold with a good white head and lacing. Pine, earth, and citrus in the nose with slight yeasty component. The flavor is balanced on the hops as the main flavor but there is a good malt profile to back it up. Nice drinkable beer. pintsize (1042) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 25, 2007
On tap. Nice deep golden color with good lacing. Smell is slightly lemony. Bitter on the palate but quickly fades. A nice bitter taste that doesn’t haunt you all day (ahem, DFH 90 min). Nice progression of the bitterness. Really decent for a hoppy beer, I could have this again. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 8, 2010
(draught) Clear copper, lasting thick soapy off white head. Nose is musty, funky citrus. Taste earth, piney bitter, citrus oils. Creamy, medium thick body. Sledutah (7559) - Utah, USA - MAR 2, 2012

Yellow/gold pour with creamy white head. Pale malt and perfumy hops aroma. Light pale malt, perfumy hops on the finish. Light medium bodied with good carbonation.
