A "session" bitter, this beer is clean, fruity and effervescent. Fully one pound per barrel of East Kent Goldings hops lend a large floral effect to this ale. Quality that would make the Queen proud.

Smells like citronella candles. Bitter orange peel. Orange blossoms and just a bit rough.

(Draught) rich amber, effervescent with fine white bubbles. Nose of raw grain, honey, light fruit. Taste of persimmon, raw grain, honey, lightly bitter, complex, grain mash. Well carbonated and a bit dry on the palate finish.
