16 cl taster at Capital Craft in Pretoria. This I liked. Spiced to the eyeballs, chewing tobacco, galangal, a bit of ginger even, sweet and yet still acceptable on a hot summer’s day. The brewery may be in danger of missing the boat in the whole new craft beer scene but were it to start building on a classic like this they would give a lot of the newbies a good run. 500ml Plastic bottle: Pours a cloudy straw with a small white head. Aromas of yeast and slight cloves. Tastes quite malty, slight banana and yeastiness. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall not too exciting, however, not too bad either. ChewyBeer (425) - SOUTH AFRICA - NOV 6, 2015
