(Plastic bottle 100 cl) Pours a clear, nutty brown with a pretty, creamy, off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, a little nuttiness and burned caramel. Medium-bodied, sweetish roasted malt and nut accents. Fairly dry and hoppy finish. A very clean and decent Alt, that has no carbonation problem - in spite of the plastic bottle. 100508

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2006 Pours copper red with large white rocky head. Aroma of yeasty bread lightly toasted malt and floral hops. Toasted malt flavour with a bit of nuttyness balanced with moderate floral hop bitterness. Medium body with mostly watery texture and soft carbonation. Average length finish, dry with lovely light hop bitterness. Overall a very pleasant alt. I would settle on this beer as a session beer quite happily.
