Rough apple juice aroma. Very rough sour apple taste. Thin and fizzy palate. Nasty yeastiness and minerally aspects. Very not good. Bland at best.

0,33l bottle from Carrefour, Poitiers. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is malts with some yeast. Flavor is malts with a hint of yeast and alcohol. Pretty decent.

Couleur jaune paille très clair. Clarté avec un léger voile diaphane. Bulles assez grosses, peu nombreuses. Mousse blanche, crémeuse, assez bien formée à 1 cm. Arômes de blé, avec une pointe de miel, un zeste d’orange, noyau d’abricot. Volume assez liquide. 1ère bouche sur le blé, avec une pointe de fumé fin et d’agrumes pelés. Arrière-bouche sur le tabac blond. 2ème bouche avec des céréales, mais une dominante fumée/tabac. 3ème assez linéaire. Bonne impression de malt, mais l’arrière-bouche est assez plate, hormis un petit côté fumé encore. Longueur où rien n’y fait : on descend d’un cran. Levure douce, amertume jolie et fine. Alcool bien, malgré son faible taux (5% abv). Finale un rien plus complète que la longueur. Bière qui présente le grave défaut de descendre de niveau sur la longueur. Le critère bio ne sert strictement à rien, puisqu’une bière s’évalue au goût. On n’a donc rien à cirer de ce label, mais cette marque a sacrifié à la grande mode …. Un coup dans l’eau...

The aroma of this beer is complex, very spicy (caramel and cereal). This oragnic beer is very goog with cheese like Comté. Refermented in bottle.

as ’bio’. Bottle, bought @ Intermarche, Lannion. Pours light hazy golden with a small, frothy, white film head. Aroma has sweet doughy malts, light caramel, some apple. Medium carbonation, okay dry and light mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, a tad to the grainy side, light yeast. Okay if slightly minerally bitterness.

Bottle. Murky, light brown colour with average big creamy, light brown head, that stays up for a long time. Nice, medium intensity aroma of pine, spruce and citruses - orange and lemon. Medium to full body with fizzy carbonation. Acetic/biiter at the start with the light bitter end.
