Clear light to medium orange colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate yeasty, earty, fruity, wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, wood, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
33cl bottle. Murky golden beer with white head, good persistence. Aroma has traces of floral hops, apple, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet at the beginning, with a final moderate bittery. (33 cl bottle) Pale, cloudy strawcoloured brew with a medium, white head that lasts a long time and laces the glass well. The aroma is slightly tart (BB: 21/1/12) with fruity notes. Oily on the palate with lively carbonation, thin body and an astringent finish. The taste is lightly sour with notes of yeast. Girlfriend says "I don’t know <whispering> I don’t like it."
