The aroma of this beer is complex, very spicy (caramel and cereal). This oragnic beer is very goog with cheese like Comté. Refermented in bottle. Dorqui (2297) - Brescia, ITALY - SEP 16, 2007
Bottled 0,33L. Fraught yellow color, hazy, much intense and with optimal fizz. Bulky head of medium duration. Rich and floral aroma with notes of malt, wine cellar, stum, clear mildews and dried flowers. Full of flavor and wrapping taste, much round and balanced. Notes of yeast, new wine and wheat with pleasant notes of macerated clear grape. Determined and balanced alcohol content. Amazing.

A nice light apple aroma. Flavor is very tingly/bubbly on the tongue with a nice very light hop flavor near the end. Pretty tasty. Grzesiek79 (4481) - Radom, POLAND - JUN 3, 2012

Pale tan, hazy colour; peachy, malty nose; yeasty, acidic palate; peachy, pear-like notes and finishes with a strong complexity.

cloudy orange colour, fine but quickly disappearing head, aroma of cream, orange zest and peach, medium-bodied and oily, tart and bitter, the finish is very dry and bitter with more fruity notes, refreshing and complex; at last a good beer from this brewery ! The chunky, faintly hoppy sweetness of a quality American Pale ale. Sam Adams? Smooth, hazy, fragrant and apricot-fruity. Brittany rapidly becoming the place to go in my updated Beeratlas Of Europe. Another unexpectedly fine brew plucked from the Carrefour sixpack.
