bottled, park bench session with mowbeer, as kunigunden festbier. faint green tinge on golden; hints of green peppercorn in the aroma; lightly prickly hop character, medium bitterness. a bit of a surprise packet - got better with each sip Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 11, 2013
It’s orange-golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of grain, malt and light fruit. The flavor is light to moderately sweet with notes of grain, bread and fruit, and the finish is fairly dry. A quite nice Märzen, normally not my favorite, but this is good! Cuso (8685) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAR 2, 2012
Bottle with label Dreykorn St. Kunigunder Festbier, many thanks to Quack Duck. Clear dark golden color with large frothy white head. Malty aroma with roasted bread, caramel. Taste, very sweet, with honey, syrup, some biscuits, shy bitterness in background. Sweet finish with hints of light bitter hops. Little bit too much on sweet side for me, but drinkable.
