COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This traditional Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with the addition of freshly-ground coriander and Curacao orange peel. Citrus and floral aromas outshine the hops and dominate the nose of this dry and quaffable beer, while the use of raw wheat adds cloudiness and enhances its mouthfeel.

Malts: Pilsner, Raw Wheat
Hops: Hallertauer

Lighter beer with good citrus taste. Lemon and orange peel present. Easy drinking, could easily have a few. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of nice citrus and mild Belgian wheat esters. Taste follows, clean and well done. Pretty good for the style.

On tap. Pours a cloudy gold with a thin, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet, spicy aroma of coriander, orange peel, lemon and wheat. Sweet, spicy flavour of wheat malt, orange peel, lemon and yeast with spicy coriander in a dry finish. Light body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation.

Appearance: A slightly cloudy & pale yellow body with an extreme effervescence. A thick & billowy white as snow head rests on top and lasts pretty long.

Smell: Very nice aroma of citrus & orange. A nice sharp smell of coriander and maybe cloves. Smells quite zesty.

Taste: Not as good as the aroma. Very discreet and flees the scene before i can grasp any taste. Slight mix of spices with a touch of lemon and some orange. Finishes with a whisper of rind bitterness. Better as it warms but was expecting more in the flavor dept.

Mouthfeel: Quite smooth with a not as active as you would have though carbonation. Nothing exciting but nothing wrong either. A tiny bit soapy in texture.
