COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This traditional Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with the addition of freshly-ground coriander and Curacao orange peel. Citrus and floral aromas outshine the hops and dominate the nose of this dry and quaffable beer, while the use of raw wheat adds cloudiness and enhances its mouthfeel.

Malts: Pilsner, Raw Wheat
Hops: Hallertauer

Cloudy. Very pale yellow. Light coriander aromatics. Palate is full-bodied for the style. Sweet, with tasty lime and coriander. Nicely balanced.

A hazed blonde wit with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, a lemony and sulphury banana malt, with curacao notes, smooth. In mouth, a nice smooth wit with nice coriander, curacao cloves, silky, nice and smooth, very nice. Bottle from Steamworks Wine Store. Shared with Mike and friends, April 1, 2012.

Bottle shared with Craig at Bar Volo. Fairly regular witbeer. Yes refreshing citrus, but also on the slightly tin side. A little bitter and sour. Pours hazy white, with a Caesar head. High carbonation. Drinkability OK, it was a palate cleanser.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2010 2010-07-18. Pale pastel yellow with a small white head. 3+ Modest spice in the aroma, coriander, lemon, and light wheat character. 6+ Flavour is similar, mild coriander throughout, light sweet lemon, muted tart wheat notes. 6+ Smoth average palate. Okay, but more mild and light than my preference. 6/3/6/3/13 - 3.1Bottle shared by Blankboy

2009-11-29. Hazy pale yellow looks like lemon juice, small white head fades. Aroma of lemon and spice, coriander is quite strong, and a bit too spicy for my liking. 6+ Flavour is similar with a lot of coriander, lemon peel, mild wheat throughout. 6+ Average palate. Okay, spice is not to my tastes. 6/3/6/3/11 - 2.9 Bottle shared by Sammy at Volo, Toronto

DuffMan (10665) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - APR 14, 2011
Bottle. Very hazy light yellow, thick lacy head. Aroma is very sweaty, lots of wet dog, a little underlying spice. Thankfully the flavours are much better-- light citrus-kissed wheaty palate with nice coriander seedspice and a slightly tart finish. A great summer brew, if summer would only hurry its ass up and get here!
