This traditional Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with the addition of freshly-ground coriander and Curacao orange peel. Citrus and floral aromas outshine the hops and dominate the nose of this dry and quaffable beer, while the use of raw wheat adds cloudiness and enhances its mouthfeel.

Malts: Pilsner, Raw Wheat
Hops: Hallertauer

patricks110 (2879) - Alberta, CANADA - APR 20, 2015
A nice and refreshing wit. Not too much going on taste wise but a good crisp brew. Pours a bright golden straw colour with a thin white head. The nose has a bit of citrus, grass and bubblegum. Light profile with a heacvy body for the style. Refreshing and crisp.

piscator34 (2697) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JUN 21, 2013
Bottled sample. Pale clear gold in colour with strong carbonation. Aromas are of heavy citrus and coriander, along with some malted wheat. Pretty spice heavy in the mouth with notes of coriander, green kitchen spices, and pepper, along with somewhat surprisingly clean wheat notes. Spices create a sharpness on the palate, so the body is a touch thin for the style. A bit over-spiced and a bit too clean, but still not too bad. Average.
