330ml bottle from Beermoth. A gusher. Very little apricot here, some sourness but overall a confused saison thats not quite sure of itself. Not great.

Nose is pleasingly sour, green apples, farmyard, I was surprised I could not get Apricot. Taste is initially very sour, but then undercut by softer, tacky fruit tones, leading to a bitter then dry finish. Taste includes a touch of horse blanket and straw. The mouthfeel was a little thin for my taste, and the finish a bit short. A nice sour saison that shows a lot of promise, it is undermined by the thinness, the shortness of the finish. It still feels slightly lightweight.
