On tap at Druid City Brewing Co. taproom, Tuscaloosa, AL, 2.5.16. Clear light gold. Funky, a little fruity aroma, very funky and acidic taste. Light body, funky and a little sweet finish. Itzjerm (2947) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - AUG 28, 2015
Thick on tongue sweet tart not my kind of beer. Farm house yeast is thick and comes through constant quick fading head.

Draft at Free the Hops FestivAle in Birmingham. Hazy pale yellow color, fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of funky, sweaty haystacks. Taste is funky, fruity white pepper, hay and straw. Very tasty. ChainGangGuy (4895) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - MAY 25, 2014
Appearance: Fairly clear, yellow-hued body with a thin, white head.

Smell: Syrup glazed apricot, pear, and juicy peach, tossed with alcohol, and a sizable phenolic underlying spiciness.
Taste: A light pale maltiness, a hint of hay. Moderate sweetness. Tangy, subtly tart orchard fruitiness gives way to clove bud spiciness and a thin, thin medicinal hint. Slight alcoholic tone emerges as it warms. Drying, lightly bitterish, lightly spicy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Falls under the medium carbonation mark.
Overall: With its tendency towards sweetness, lack of crispness, and a bolstered alcoholic content, it forgoes delivering refreshment, as many American saisons do.

Cloudy yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is bretty, barnyard, and bready. Sweet hay, some resiny bitter, and a nice warmth. Medium bodied with good carbonation. coolpop (1394) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Draft. Poured hazy pale straw with a medium-sized white head. Aroma was lots of spice, earthy yeasty notes. Flavor is earthy, yeasty, lots of citrus, moderately sweet. Overly spiced for my taste. This seems to be a trend with American saisons. How about a little subtlety, folks?
