Its disheartening to see the FAKE NEWS media made its way to ratemybeer.com. Any rating of Druk 11000 below a 9.5 on this site most certainly is a rating from a paid protestor. Druk 11000 is the finest beer I have ever tasted, with only Druk Lager coming anywhere close to its magnificence.
I drank my first Druk 11000 when I was 9 years old, and I was instantly hooked. The incredible thing about Druk is that it is good at any hour of the day, from sunrise to well past sundown. It goes great with a with a breakfast meal of rice, chiles, and chicken with bones in it; with a lunch meal of rice, chiles, and chicken with bones in it; and a dinner meal of rice, chiles, and chicken with bones in it. I highly recommend you try any of these three exquisite pairings the next time a Druk 11000 is in your presence. PetetheMeat (621) - Hove, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2009
Golden, clear with large, but collapsing white head. Malty aroma. Malty sweet flavour as well. Soft carbonation. Notes of soap (in a positive sense). Hides the ABV. Sugar sticky palate. Drinkable. Reading other, earlier ratings its obvious that the quality has improved for the last year. TorbenJensen (1528) - Valby, DENMARK - AUG 21, 2015
Druk 11000 is a strong lager beer with low foam. It has fine aroma of light caramel and freshly cut grass. The taste is not so unusual for a lager because it tastes quite as many lagers you’ve tasted before. The strength as luxury lager is well hidden, and it’s no big surprise that comes with this beer. Bottle courtesy of KnutAlbert at Mes&Sims wedding. A great moment with Knut booming out: "Come, come - it’s a new country!", which only a beer collector would understand. The beer was extra-ordinary in the way that only lager brewed in a third world country can be. Flavours of pineapple and corn syrup with a dead hedgehog aroma. Fascinating and much more enjoyable than it sounds. cgarvieuk (24499) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 27, 2011
Bottle at MesandSim wedding do ... golden amber ... soft light grassy nose ... overfizzy ... bitter front ... light pineapple grassy nose.

Bottle shared with Hogtown Harry, Jerc, Blankboy, Mabel, and GregClow, courtesy of Harry (Harry - did you really get this in a trade, I thought it was from a co worker?). Mild grainy aroma. Clear yellow, some form of a white head. Taste is mild, inoffensive, grainy, no sign of the alcohol. Medium bodied. Not nearly as bad as the babies at the table made it out to be :) KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 21, 2011
Very pale, low carbonation. No taste at all at first, then the cardboard creeps in. Then a little perfumed sweetness and an edge of alcohol. omhper (25128) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUN 7, 2017
Canned, in Samdrup Jongkhar (with a meal of rice, chillies and chicken)
Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with some fusels. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some rice paper. Mildly boozy. Low bitterness. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 6, 2011

& Sim’s Wedding (thanks KnutAlbert!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, earthy, mildly "sugary" notes (maybe sugar from some vegetable/plant). Flavour is grainy, toffeeish, earthy and quite grassy. Could have been a lot worse.
Clear yellow color with small head. Kinda watery and not much flavor but not alcoholic at all.
