Tap @ Gastropub Nordic.
Pours black color with a small beige head. Lots of salty licorice on the nose, chocolate and cocoa, some toasted malts and subtle caramel. Flavor is mostly dominated by the licorice, some bitter dark chocolate, toasted malts, distant berries, some cocoa and faint coffee. Some sweet ripe plums appear earthen the beer warms up a bit. Creamy palate, alcohol well hidden. More than plenty of flavors here, towards the end the saltiness of the licorice is bit too much but quite nice nonetheless.
