tap room. black. roasty bit thin malty nose, ligth woft woody notes. med light bodied, easy, clean,light licorice finish. ok, decent intensity, clean, but nothing really differentiating.

Van de tap in Jopen proeflokaal Waarderpolder. Zwart, licht bruine schuimkraag, iets koolzuur en mooie olieachtige lacing.
Aroma: Roasty, chocolade, iets fruitig zuur, vanille en donkere mout.
Smaak: Veel donkere geroosterde mout, iets scherp, zoethout, noten, koffie en chocolade. Prima hopbitter en citrus tonen.

Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, cacao, coffee, black rye bread and a balanced cacao bitterness. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced porter. Borefts VIII. Day 1. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth dark chocolate malts. Little dark fruits. Malty spicy finish. Okay.
Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a clear dark brown with a round light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, smoke, dry coffee. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter with a dry ashtray malt, coffee liqourice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. MrOrla (3529) - Odense C, DENMARK - JAN 7, 2017
Sample @ Flakhaven. Pours black with a small head. Aroma of earthy licorice, slight soy, coffee, and light alchol notes. Taste is rather sweet with a herbal coffee, soy and touch of choko. Very hard roasted.
