Bue à la pression au Borefts Beer Festival 2016. J’avais d’autres choses à faire que de prendre des notes ;) Taboada (1459) - Compostela (Galiza), SPAIN - OCT 27, 2016
Tasted from the tap on the 22/10/2016. Not in optimal conditions. Pitch black colour with a medium tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, black coffee and burnt wheat. Taste is ashes, roasted malts and some black coffee on the finish. Sweet and bitter finish. Next one please! MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 26, 2016
Drat @ Brouwcafé de Molen. Pours a blackish beer with a a big creamy tanned head on top. Aroma of mostly coffee and roast, hint of wheat and dark fruit. Flavor returns most of the coffee and roast, bittersweet, hint of caramel but still the roasty coffee is overpowering and unbalancing the beer a bit. Still very nice to have so much flavor in a relatively low abv porter. Carbonation is fairly soft, aftertaste is long and quite bitter. Nice one.
