Very balanced and truly juicy Pale Ale. Ripe passion fruit and citrus hop aroma are very evident and extremely pleasant to the nose. Fruit-forward hop flavor that washes over the palate, ending with very little bitterness. Whether you love or don’t care for hops the Noonday pale ale will blow you away with the fantastic hop aroma that carries with it very little bitterness. drowland (8938) - Georgia, USA - JUL 18, 2017
6/24/17. On tap at the brewery. One of my favorites of the day! Clear golden pour with a nice khaki head. Nice hop aroma, citrus, pineapple, tropical fruits abound. Great flavor, citrus, tropical fruits, hint of pale malts. Goes down easy... super tasty and could pound all day. Delish! linalool (1) - - JUL 13, 2017 does not count
Citra aromatics dominate, bright white head, lots of lace, very drinkable. Aromatics are floral, citrus, love the Citra hop so it’s easy for me to enjoy. Golden pale, usually bright (clear), medium bitterness with base malt to back it up. Have it at the brewery regularly. At 5.5 ABV it is close to a session IPA and has the hop nose at that level. Although Noonday is the name of a local creek, it’s also a good lunch brew. drfabulous (8470) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUN 5, 2017
Draught at Hop City. A light looking yellow pour with lovely nose and a nicely hoppy body. Low malt. Citrus. Really good. beerlover503a (25) - Alabama, USA - MAY 9, 2017
Lately I can’t get enough of this breweries beer. The aroma on Noon Day is what makes it stand out. If you like Citra hops this is a beer for you.

Clear, slightly dark golden pour with moderate, quick foam that leaves a ring on the glass. Good, resiney hops in the nose with some faint cereal malt. Moderate body, medium fizz and bitter, hoppy finish. The hop / malt balance was good and the 6.4% ABV is disguised by it.

Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy off-white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of nice citrus and new world earthy zest from the hoppiness, with a mild pale malt backbone. Taste is more balanced, but still quite hop forward, like an IPA with less bitterness. Really nice, my favorite of the day there. BrewBroFla (31) - - MAR 25, 2017
Wow very impressed. This XPA was consumed at the Dry County Brewery in Kennesaw, Ga. This beer is exploding with the aroma of Citra hops which is one of my favorite hop varieties. Excellent hop taste but not as bitter as an IPA. I was also impressed by the brewery which opened less than a year ago. Robnole (25) - - MAR 12, 2017
Absolutely fantastic pale ale, pours with a white fluffy head on top. Nose is like the tropical fruit you would expect from a beer whose primary hop is citra. Taste hits with a with a citric-passionfruit hoppiness, blasting your palate with a delicious onslaught of bright green IPA joy. Enjoyed it very much. Cybercat (6012) - Georgia, USA - FEB 25, 2017
Taps clear golden with an eggshell head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma features fresh malt and a strong note of woody hops. Flavor is mainly hoppy, almost more of an IPA, but scarcely bitter, with malty and fruity underpinnings. Mouthfeel delivers good fizz and OK body. Enjoy at noon, or any time of day - just do so responsibly, and if necessary call a cab.
