Bottle. The pour was a hazy dark mahogany with an average sized (1-2 finger) light beige frothy head that was mostly diminishing and had fair lacing.
The aroma was extremely sweet of a dark bread malt and a sweet doughy yeast with notes of molasses, caramel, toffee, dark fruit and a mild alcohol tinge.
The taste was heavily sweet and malty with notes of molasses and caramel throughout with the ending having a hint of dark fruit and toffee and a moderate alcohol finish. The flavor lasted an awesomely long time after the swallow with a nice sweet fruity ending.
Mouthfeel was medium in body and had a syrupy dry texture with a good lively carbonation.
Overall an extremely sweet and enticing brew that had a multitude of flavors coming together to create an very nice tasting ale.
Nice sweet and slightly peaty aroma. Beautiful appearance, I give a 5 to most scotch ales. Tastes sweet and malty with no hint of the ABV. Very nice.

Bottle. An unclear, dark amber to brown beer with a small, beige head. The aroma is very sweetish, with alcohol and some roasted malts and dried fruits. Peat hints. It’s rather sweet on the palate, warming and soft, low on carbonation. Rosted malts, peat hints and alcohol in the flavor. Full body. Lasting finish with a lot of sweetness and a good dash of alcohol. Too simple and sweet this one, but far from foul. 141219 Meilby (11790) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 19, 2014

Cerveza de color marrón rojizo, poca espuma.
Aroma a malta caramelo, cacao y café.
Sabor muy dulce a malta caramelo con un final pegajoso y amargo, se nota el alcohol después de cada trago, cerveza agradable.
