Growler, shared with Gabe. Pours a thin beige head, with minimal lacing, over a clear light brown (SEM 18) body.....nose is light vanilla, minimal Bourbon, sweet malt with toffee/caramel, light dried fruits (cherry, raisin).....taste is dominated by sweet malts, with toffee/caramel, dried cherry, and light cola tones, minimal bitterness, vanilla and whiskey tones are muted, but present....mouth feel is light and sticky, carbonation low. This is very rich, with heavy malty sweetness and tones. It does not have all of the malty complexity of the biggest malt based beers, but would be pleasant on a cold day. Growler shared thanks to Jarrett. Slight whiskey aroma. Taste is oak and vanilla. Lots of vanilla. This is very tasty!
