Tap @ Freshcraft, Denver. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon, sweet fruit. Taste is rather week, but with some wheat, banana, some sourness, lemon. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, thin mouthfeel. Drinkable, but boring wheat. 130311 lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 21, 2011
Hazy yellow-orange, white cover. Heavy banana esters, wheaty light sour. Taste is more banana, clove, sweet citrus, lemony, wheat. Suttree (6608) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - FEB 20, 2011
Cloudy yellow, big fluffy white head. Very, y’know, wheaty smelling. Lots of banana, some bubble gum in he background. Flavor is pretty much what the aroma advertises. Nicely fruity, nicely sweet. Good stuff. Thanks to curtis for bringing this one! Sammy (13233) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 15, 2011
Bottle from the brewery. Pours large thick head on yellow body. Bannana in nose, and yeast. Medium mouthfeel, carbonation right there. Finishes bitter bannana, drinkable. Alcohol burn after a half pint though.Decent beer but so-so hefe. Ernest (7936) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 12, 2011
Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is cloudy light yellow (with a hint of green).
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted bread), with notes of banana and lemon, hint of clove.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Starts out with a sickly greenish-tinted pale yellow color with very little head. Basic aroma for the style. Weird sugary sweetness in the mouth with a slightly off aftertaste. Very disappointing.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2012 Tap @ brewpub. Very hazy yellow appearance with a tinge of orange. Medium sized white head. Fairly strong banana, yeast, and wheat nose. Big banana wheat flavor reminiscent of a Southern Bavarian Hefeweizen but a little duller and a little less spicy. Good but not great. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 4, 2011
(Draught) cloudy light yellow with a ring/film of white bubbles. Nose of banana, bubblegum, clove, cooked greens. Pretty traditional. Taste of over-ripe banana, stale wheat, very watery, not a great hefeweizen. bcasadei (4) - Colorado, USA - DEC 28, 2010 does not count
Banana and bubblegum aroma, golden, cloudy appearance with white foam head. Banana flavor with a hint of clove. I’m not usually a fan of wheat beers, but I would drink this again. onceblind (11492) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 22, 2010
UPDATED: NOV 23, 2010 On tap at the brewery’s taproom on 11/19/10. The chalkboard claimed this beer has a 4.3% ABV with 12 IBU’s. Absolutely hazy pale pale yellow pour, with a small yet persistent white head. Smells of banana flavored bubblegum, sweet wheat and bread dough. Maybe some orange rind as well. Taste is heavy on the wheat with orange citrus backing up. Some light banana tones bring up the rear, and ends sweetly. A tasty brew! agillespie81 (315) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 7, 2010
Aroma - heavy banana, vanilla, faint clove;
Appearance - golden, very hazy, fluffy head, excellent lacing;
Taste - slightly sweet banana front, clean wheat back, mild notes of banana and clove throughout the finish;
Palate - smooth for the style, nice body;
Overall - quality brew, well built in all areas and very drinkable.
