From a 12 oz. can. Pours a hazy copper with an off white head. Aroma of grass and pine. Flavors are moderate to heavy bitter hops. Fairly full bodied with lively carbonation. zoucrew102 (1989) - - FEB 14, 2017
Can. Grapefruit hop aroma with notes of floral and tropical fruit hops with bit of toasted malt. Pours clear golden colored with about one finger of off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with tropical fruit and grapefruit hop citrus as well as a bit of toasted malt. Finishes dry with bitter floral hop flavors that coats the palate. Pretty good IPA. CObiased (516) - Bayfield, Colorado, USA - NOV 19, 2016
Can - pours a mostly clear golden yellow with a tinge of orange and a med soapy off white head. Mostly citrus aroma with orange zest, grapefruit and mild malty sweetness. Lighter body than I expected makes it somewhat thin. Bitter without a substantial hop bouquet. Minimal malt contribution. Meh drjay44 (3773) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JUL 5, 2016
12 oz. can. 6.5% ABV per the label. Pours a thick, well retained off white head, with light lacing, over a mildly hazy light amber (SRM 7) body.......nose is heavy hops, with grapefruit, light pine, mild toasted malts with light biscuit, balance to the hops.......taste is lightly sweet with floral honey notes, mild cereal from the malts, pine, grapefruit, tangerine tones from the hops, finishing with heavy, lingering bitterness, balance to the hops......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, high carbonation with mild acid. This is a very hop dominated beer in aroma, flavor and big bitterness. The malt backbone is minimally present as is frequently found in newer style IPAs. The result is a rather too simple a beer. A rework of the malts, with more caramel/crystal notes, would improve both the malt contribution and the body which is much too light for the style. Can in Denver on a recent trip to Colorado. Nothing to really write home about. Drinkable, but ok.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2016 Can sample. Hard to fully evaluate but a good middle of the road IPA. Quite drinkable and one that I would come back to. Christpuncher (3188) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 18, 2016
not much going on here. smells earthy / hoppy. flavor is thin, some hopps and some sweetness from the malt. had a can pour at home. pours copper with a thin tan head. average beer. coachd (888) - Missouri, USA - DEC 29, 2015
Doesn't smell hoppy but very pleasant with notes of brown sugar and caramel. Sweet taste up front followed by shop bite that grows long after the sip. Overall a very nice beer but there's no way it's 100+ IBU.

12 oz. can, consumed on 12-23-15. Aroma initially seems pleasant and fresh, but not for long. Citric, hoppy, milky aroma features a tomato scent. Smells like milk slightly past its prime. Pours a clear, effervescent, copper/bronze with a small amount of beige head. Nice color. Produces decent lacing. American IPA hoppiness in the taste. Flavors of grapefruit and light pine. Pleasant but not memorable. A touch of spice in the finish. Smooth and oily in the palate. Medium body. Really pleasant palate effects. Overall, far from special, but it is likable. Approximately average IPA, but that makes it an above average craft beer. rosskyle (744) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 18, 2015
Served on tap at pizza peddler. Clear red golden color with a white head. Hops grapefruit aroma. Medium body. Hops grapefruit bitter flavor. Needs more flavor at the end.
