Pour on tap for firkin Friday, described as their double IP dry hopped and then apricot added. Pour is very hazy orange amber, with nice fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of big old fruity apricot, but you can tell it was not artificial, some nice grapefruit and lemon from the hops, hints of slight biscuit and bready notes but its all about the hops and fruit. Taste is not nearly as apricot forward and much better, nice pine, earth, and fruity hops lead right into a sweet apricot, vanilla, and biscuity middle, earth and some grass go into a fairly bitter finish. Tasty.
