(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy amber-brown body with a small off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, nuts, caramel, and light cocoa. Flavor of roasted malt, caramel, and chocolate. Kevin (2199) - Montana, USA - MAR 10, 2007
tap. reddish brown pour. light aroma that conveys a bit of sweetness, really not much i could put a name to. a very easy one to drink down, mine vanished in minutes. a lot like some good amber ales i’ve had , a great moderate alcohol session type beer. some caramel and grain flavors with a small fruitiness to it. a subtle enjoyable beer that i would rather drink than describe. i believe i’ll grab a growler of this next time i’m in. very low hop level in this, and it’s good to see that.
