On tap at Dry Dock and I believe the alcohol was listed as 7.9%. The color was golden yellow and it had a nice yeasty aroma with some earthiness as well. The taste was yeasty but it was also reminded me of a real Belgian saison for a moment. good stuff. bleeng (1681) - Seattle still not near Beersel., Washington, USA - MAY 10, 2009
Tap at Dry Dock. Spicy, musty nose. Nice gold hazy color. Good carbonation. Taste is a bit mellow but nice spicing, horseblanket, and hopping. Easy to drink and well done. Ratman197 (14686) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - APR 25, 2009
On tap at Dry Dock poured a hazy golden amber with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of fruittiness, spice, light carmel and light yeast. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of spice, carmel and light fruittiness with a crisp dry spiced finish. That1Guy (2236) - Colorado, USA - APR 21, 2009
Crushed with Jakebra at the Colorado Springs Saison Festival. Musty, fruity nose. Flavor follows suite. Bland but smooth and not terrible.
